If I can choose between large (400ml) and small (150ml) cans of spray, what would you recommend me?

It depends on how often you spray DVDs or CDs. If you only spray once per couple of weeks, we would recommend the small can. However in case you expect to spray on regular basis, the large can will be more in your advantage, because it contains nearly three times as much as the small can.

How many discs or A4 pages can I spray with a big can?

If you do like us and spray large productions at once, you can spray between 200 and 300 discs with a 400ml can. Regularly you could also spray about 80 to 100 A4 pages with one can.

Can I also protect my paper CD labels I printed with an inkjet printer with Colour Protection Spray?

Can I also protect my paper CD labels I printed with an inkjet printer with Colour Protection Spray? Absolutely: the spray protects any and all prints made with an inkjet printer – regardless of the material – against moisture and scratches. The UV-filter protects the prints and colours against the infamous yellowing process.

Is there a chance I might lose the data on the CDs because the spray might damage it?

No. Colour Protection Spray has been exceptionally well-monitored during the entire development process in 1997. Immediately after the initial introduction of the product during the CEBIT of 1998 in Hanover, several well-known institutes located in England, Switzerland, Germany and Japan carried out themselves for research for several private label customers. The results: successfully passed. In the meantime we export Colour Protection Spray to 22 countries and have not had a single complaint to date. Always use the spray according to the instructions on the can or on this website. Please bear in mind that the disc will become damaged if you apply the spray on the data-side of the disc.

Can I buy Colour Protection Spray in the stores?

Unfortunately the product is not yet available in stores in The Netherlands. However, nearly all European countries host companies that sell our spray on the internet worldwide, often under their own name (private label). According to the increasing sales of printable CDs and DVDs, it is expected that Colour Protection Spray will be available on more sales locations soon. So please be patienced or order here.
